In March of 2009, Danny Fletcher-Devillier was asked to deliver the closing keynote presentation at the Power of Positive Business Symposium. The Symposium was held to help remind local residents and business owners that through positive business, the community would continue to strive through the tough economic times. Danny presented his Positive Impact presentation which taught employees how to become a beneficial asset that companies fight to keep; as well as, showing employers what to look for when hiring these 'must have' employees.

having challenges with salespeople collecting money from clients. After
several tense, "high level" meetings with sales staff, this approach was
taken. Sales people were told that the company was bringing in a High
Powered Collection Manager. Danny Fletcher-Devillier is the Collection Clown.
After this meeting Accounts Receivables improve to the point that 90+
days were at .09 %
